Climate
Tropical and warm year-round. The coast experiences a wetter season from April to July, while September to March is generally a good time to enjoy the beaches.

Salvador is the main gateway to Bahia, with direct flights from Brazil’s major cities and international connections. From Salvador, you can continue by road, ferry or regional flights to the main coastal destinations.
