These General Terms and Conditions are subject to the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary legislation (Official State Gazette (BOE), 30 November 2007), Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Conditions (14 April 1998), and any other applicable legislation currently in force.

These General Terms and Conditions shall be incorporated, duly signed by the contracting parties, into all package travel contracts whose subject matter consists of the programmes/offers included in the relevant travel programme, and shall be binding upon the parties, together with any specific conditions agreed upon in the contract or set out in the travel documentation provided at the same time as the contract is signed.
