Day 1 - Arrival in Rio de Janeiro
¡Welcome to Brazil!
Arrival at the international airport. Meet and greet, followed by a transfer to the hotel. Check-in. Free time to rest and get a first feel for the "Marvelous City," Rio de Janeiro. We recommend a stroll along the seafront promenade at Copacabana or Ipanema Beach.

Day 2 - Rio de Janeiro: Corcovado and Sugarloaf Mountain
Breakfast. Excursion to Christ the Redeemer and ascent to Corcovado Mountain, including the train ticket and a guided city tour. From Christ the Redeemer, we welcome you to Guanabara Bay, one of Brazil’s most iconic landmarks.
We will continue with a panoramic tour through Lapa and the famous Selarón Steps, the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Sambadrome and Maracanã Stadium, the heart of Rio de Janeiro’s sporting and Carnival culture. Lunch included.
In the afternoon, visit to Sugarloaf Mountain by cable car. Located in Urca, a historic and predominantly residential neighborhood with privileged views over Guanabara Bay. The cable car ride to the summit is divided into two stages: the first takes you from the boarding station to Morro da Urca, and the second from Morro da Urca to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain. From here, you can enjoy one of the most spectacular panoramic views of Rio de Janeiro.
At the end of the tour, enjoy panoramic views of Rio’s beautiful beaches. Return to the hotel.

Day 3 - Rio de Janeiro: Tijuca Forest with Saint Teresa by Jeep
Breakfast. Experience a different side of Rio de Janeiro, where culture, nature and authenticity come together on an unforgettable Jeep tour!
The Rio de Janeiro Colours Tour invites you to discover two of the city’s most charming settings: the picturesque Santa Teresa neighbourhood and the lush Tijuca Rainforest. In Santa Teresa, Rio reveals its artistic and bohemian side, with historic streets, elegant mansions and a unique atmosphere. In the Tijuca Rainforest, nature takes centre stage, with lush landscapes, waterfalls, viewpoints and panoramic views over the city.
The tour takes place in an open-air Jeep, offering a more immersive experience and a chance to connect with the authentic Carioca spirit. Perfect for those who want to experience Rio beyond its iconic landmarks, combining culture, nature and breathtaking scenery in a single tour.

You can also choose an optional experience or activity based on your interests, making the most of the day to discover a more personal side of Rio de Janeiro.

Day 5 - Río de Janeiro to Bonito
Breakfast. Morning transfer to Rio de Janeiro Airport for your connecting flight to Bonito.

Day 6 -Bonito – Rio da Prata Floating/Snorkeling
Breakfast. Today, enjoy one of Bonito’s most iconic ecotourism experiences.
The adventure begins with a gentle walk through the riverside forest to the source of the Olho d’Água River. Equipped with a mask, snorkel and wetsuit, begin a 1,700-metre float downstream, allowing the current to carry you through crystal-clear waters surrounded by an incredibly well-preserved natural environment. Along the way, look out for colourful fish and aquatic plants before reaching the confluence with the Rio da Prata. The experience ends back at the farm with a traditional regional lunch from Mato Grosso do Sul, bringing together nature, tranquillity and local flavours.

Day 7 - Bonito - Rio Sucuri & Estancia Mimosa
Morning – Rio Sucuri Spring & Crystal-Clear Waters
Discover one of Bonito’s clearest rivers with a gentle walk through the riverside forest to its beautiful natural springs. Then, enjoy a 1,700-metre float through crystal-clear waters, accompanied by a support boat, surrounded by fish and lush aquatic vegetation.

Afternoon – Estância Mimosa
Trails & Waterfalls In the afternoon, explore the natural beauty of Bonito on a 2.8-kilometre trail along the Mimoso River, with 10 waterfalls and natural pools where you can stop for a swim and enjoy the scenery. Along the way, look out for local birdlife and wildlife, with views towards the Serra da Bodoquena. The experience also includes a visit to a small alligator lake and a taste of the farm’s traditional homemade dulce de leche. Lunch included.

Day 8 - Bonito - Boca da Onça
Breakfast. Boca da Onça Ecotour – Trekking Discovery Explore 6.5 km of trails through the Serra da Bodoquena, passing 15 waterfalls, the impressive Salobra River Canyon and the famous Buraco do Macaco. The route includes 9 swimming stops and several resting points, combining adventure, nature and spectacular scenery.
A full-day experience to discover some of Bonito’s most remarkable landscapes. Lunch included.

Day 9 - Bonito - Blue Grotto & Nascente Azul
Gruta do Lago Azul / Blue Grotto – A Natural Wonder
Discover one of Bonito’s most iconic attractions. After a scenic walk through the surrounding nature and around 300 steps, reach the impressive cave, where a spectacular deep-blue lake awaits. A purely contemplative experience, allowing you to admire the cave’s geological formations and the extraordinary beauty of this natural phenomenon.
Nascente Azul – Flotation & Nature
Enjoy a walk through preserved rainforest to the spectacular Nascente Azul, where sunlight filtering through the water creates beautiful shades of turquoise blue. The experience continues with a 500-metre flotation through crystal-clear waters, surrounded by fish and aquatic vegetation.
The complex also offers a natural swimming area, ecological pool, beach and adventure circuit, making it a great place to spend the day surrounded by nature. Lunch included.

Day 10 - Bonito to Foz do Iguaçu
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport to board the flight to Foz do Iguaçu.
Arrival at the paradise of the Falls and transfer to the hotel. Afternoon at leisure to rest.

Day 11 - Foz do Iguaçu - Argentine Falls
Breakfast. Full-day excursion to the Argentinean side of the falls.
Departure to discover the Argentinean side of Iguazu National Park. Access to the trails is by the famous Jungle Train, which provides access to the different circuits. You will walk along a series of footbridges offering spectacular views of the waterfalls from above. The longest trail leads to an impressive viewpoint overlooking the Devil’s Throat, the largest of the falls, stretching approximately 150 metres across. Stop for lunch (not included) in Puerto Iguazú, followed by a visit to the city centre. After the visit, return to the hotel.

OPTIONAL: Visit to the Three Borders Landmark, with a cultural show featuring traditional dances from Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay.
Day 12 - Foz do Iguaçu - Brazilian Falls and Bird Park
Breakfast. Visit to the Brazilian side of the falls.
Iguazu National Park is home to one of the world’s largest protected areas of subtropical rainforest.After exploring the waterfalls, visit to Parque das Aves, an internationally recognised conservation centre dedicated to protecting a wide variety of bird species, including parrots and toucans, set amidst the lush Atlantic Forest. With four immersive aviaries, you can observe the birds of the Atlantic Forest up close. Discover the Black-fronted Piping Guan and the Alagoas Curassow, admire the impressive toucan and its enormous beak, and watch a flock of almost 100 macaws flying overhead. After the visit, transfer to the hotel and free evening.

OPTIONAL: Macuco Safari, an exciting boat ride that takes you very close to the waterfalls for a truly immersive experience.
Day 13 - Foz do Iguaçu to Manaos
At the scheduled time, you will be transferred to the Foz do Iguaçu airport for your flight to Manaus. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel to check in. You have free time to rest, or we recommend strolling through Manaus's historic center and visiting the majestic Teatro Amazonas. You might also want to visit the Adolpho Lisboa Municipal Market to discover local products and Amazonian handicrafts. To round off the experience, there is nothing better than enjoying the regional cuisine, featuring specialties such as tacacá or pirarucú.

Day 14 - Manaus - Amazon Rainforest - Canoeing, piranhas, and nighttime caiman spotting
In the morning, pick-up at your hotel in Manaus and departure towards the Meeting of the Waters, where the dark waters of the Negro River meet the lighter waters of the Solimões River.
From there, continue by road through Careiro da Várzea, followed by the river crossing and onward journey to Lake Juma. Upon arrival, check in at your Amazon rainforest lodge and enjoy a traditional regional lunch. In the afternoon, venture into the flooded forest (igapós) by canoe, navigating between the trees and waterways while looking out for pink river dolphins and Amazonian birdlife. The afternoon continues with piranha fishing, followed by a refreshing swim in the river as the sun begins to set.
After dinner at the lodge, head out by boat for a night-time caiman-spotting excursion, using a flashlight to search the riverbanks for these fascinating creatures in their natural habitat. Return to the lodge for the night.
A full day of travel and adventure, combining the Amazon’s iconic landscapes with wildlife encounters and authentic experiences deep in the rainforest.

Day 15 - Manaos - Selva Amazónica - Caminata por la selva y acampada en el bosque
Early in the morning, set out by canoe to observe the Amazon’s birdlife at sunrise, followed by breakfast at the lodge.
After breakfast, head into the rainforest on a guided jungle walk, where you will learn about traditional survival techniques and medicinal plants used in the Amazon. Lunch included. In the afternoon, venture deeper into the forest for an authentic jungle camping experience. Set up your tapiri, a traditional open-sided shelter, and settle into a hammock equipped with a mosquito net for the night.
After dinner, head out by canoe for a night-time paddle through the rainforest, surrounded by the sounds of the jungle and, weather permitting, a spectacular star-filled sky.

Day 16 - Manaus to São Luís
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for your flight to São Luís. Upon arrival, reception and transfer to your hotel. Check-in and accommodation. Free time to relax and enjoy your first impressions of São Luís, home to one of Brazil’s richest collections of colonial architecture.

WHEN TO TRAVEL
This itinerary can be enjoyed year-round, although we especially recommend travelling between June and September. This period offers particularly favourable conditions for combining Rio de Janeiro, Bonito, Iguazu Falls, the Amazon and Lençóis Maranhenses, with generally drier days, pleasant temperatures and natural landscapes at their best.

This itinerary is a recommended journey designed to inspire your trip. It can be tailored to suit weather conditions, tour availability and your personal preferences, allowing us to rearrange sightseeing days, add new destinations or extend your stay so that the experience matches your pace and interests.
Brazil is a vast country, so connecting flights may be required between some destinations. We carefully plan the route to minimise travel times and make getting between regions as smooth and efficient as possible.
Day 17 - São Luís - Barreirinhas / Lençóis Maranhenses
Breakfast. Morning departure from São Luís, the capital of Maranhão, to Barreirinhas, approximately 260 km away and around a 4-hour journey.
After checking in and taking some time to relax, head to the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park by 4x4 in the afternoon. Enjoy a leisurely walk across the dunes, with time to take a refreshing swim in the park’s crystal-clear lagoons. As the day comes to an end, settle on the dunes to watch the sunset over Lençóis Maranhenses, accompanied by a selection of snacks, cheeses and cured meats. As the sky changes colour and the first stars begin to appear, take a moment to appreciate the vastness and beauty of this extraordinary landscape. Return to Barreirinhas at around 8:00 pm.

Day 19 - Atins - Lençóis Maranhenses lagoons and dunes
Breakfast. In the morning, set out by 4x4 vehicle to explore the lagoons around Atins, visiting the most beautiful lagoons depending on the seasonal conditions. There will be time to swim and take in the spectacular scenery of Lençóis Maranhenses. We then stop for lunch (not included) in Canto do Atins, where we recommend trying some of the local specialities, such as grilled prawns or fresh fish. After lunch, take some time to relax in traditional hammocks before continuing the journey through more lagoons and landscapes of the region.
The day ends with a spectacular sunset among the dunes and lagoons of Lençóis Maranhenses.

Day 18 - Lençóis Maranhenses - Preguiças River/ Atins
Breakfast. In the morning, transfer from the hotel to the Barreirinhas port, where we board a speedboat and begin our journey along the Preguiças River towards Atins.
As we cruise downstream, enjoy the scenery of mangroves, palm trees and small riverside communities. Our first stop is Vassouras, located within the protected area of the Small Lençóis (Pequenos Lençóis). Here, there will be time to enjoy a fresh coconut water and observe the local monkeys. Please note that feeding the monkeys is not recommended.We c ontinue along the river, passing small fishing villages and enjoying views of the dunes and beaches of the Small Lençóis, before reaching Mandacaru. Here, we visit the local lighthouse and enjoy panoramic views over the surrounding landscape. After the visit, continue to a local restaurant for lunch (not included), with options such as seafood, fresh fish or free-range chicken, followed by some time to relax.
In the afternoon, continue by speedboat to Atins, where a vehicle will be waiting to transfer you to your pousada.

Day 20 - Atins to São Luís - Historic City Tour
Breakfast. In the morning, take a speedboat back to Barreirinhas, enjoying the beautiful river and mangrove scenery along the way. On arrival, continue by road to São Luís, the capital of Maranhão.
In the afternoon, explore São Luís on a guided city tour, discovering its charming Historic Centre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its cobbled streets, colonial buildings and colourful Portuguese tiles.We will also take a panoramic drive along the seafront, offering beautiful views of the coastline and the city.
Overnight in São Luís, with breakfast included at the selected accommodation.
Day 21 - Departure from São Luís
Breakfast. Free time depending on flight schedule.
Transfer to the airport for the return journey home.
